Here is the model car that closely represents the prototype. Red Caboose makes this 3,000 cubic foot version of the hopper. The prototype has eleven
ribs but this model only has 10. The stirrup steps are a little different and the end supports are set too low but this model is definately close enough for N -Scale. Status - Available decorated.

Atlas has made a great version of this 50' single door box car. The details are perfect in every way including
seperate cross over platforms and end grab irons. The roof detail is more correct than the Micro-Trains version.
Status - getting scarce.

Micro Trains has again picked a close model but not quite. The roof is not correct for this car but most people would not notice or care. The red
door on this car makes it stand out as a little different and is a nice addition to any train. Status - out of production but still around.
