The Kato Scale

I have a standard to rate the different manufacturers. I call it the Kato scale. Kato is by far the best running and quietest of all the locomotives on the market. I always start at the top and work my way down. Kato is a 1, Atlas a 2, Athearn a 3, Intermountain a 4, Life-Like/Walthers a 5. If a manufacturer makes an improvement on a future model, they can move up on the scale. So a 1 is the best and 5 is lesser quality.
